• The Mission of the Manor Park Civic Association is to create a strong and consistent voice for the Community and our environment through education and by providing the knowledge necessary for the community to determine its' future through active particpation at all levels of government aimed at improving the quality of life of every resident.  Further, it shall be the Mission of the Manor Park Civic Association to build sterength by cooperating with our neighboring communities and through  joint efforts and building bridges with other community civics and to advocate for improvement in the quality of life of all members of  Manor Park and the surrounding communities.

• Whereas the residents and members of the Manor Park Civic Association have this date determined  to amend and revise the By-laws of the organization, and 
• Whereas a meeting to discuss same was duly noticed to all known members and residents of the community  
• Be It Resolved That, the geographic boundaries of the Civic Association shall be extended to officially include residents of areas north of the Sunrise Highway; west to William Floyd Parkway and south of Dawn Drive, east along the Manorville portions of  Middle Island Moriches Road, extending east to Dayton Avenue and north from Dayton Avenue to the Long Island Expressway; and residents of adjacent areas.
• Further, be it resolved that all residents of such areas seeking to officially join the Manor Park Civic Association may do so and are hereby accorded all the rights and privileges of members in good standing of the Civic Association in accordance with the rules of the Association. 

• The Manor Park Civic Association by-laws are hereby amended to reflect the above changes, and to provide any necessary structural changes to affect this resolution.
